In 2023, Josh & Tolbert decided to do something different.

Something backed by science.

That’s when we found a straightforward answer: Broccoli Microgreens.

So we started growing our own using organic seeds, coir, water, and grow lights at our indoor facility in Sussex, UK.

Batch after batch, we tested, tweaked, and freeze-dried until we finally discovered the perfect method to keep all that natural goodness locked in.
